What a Remodel Includes
Full demolition of the old surface, shell prep, plumbing inspection and replacement where needed, new tile and coping, new decking if the deck is failing, and a new finish. Equipment upgrades, lighting, salt water conversion, and added water features get handled in the same project rather than as a second job later.
Why Demo Matters
If any of the old material stays on the shell, the new plaster has nothing solid to bond to. It fails, and you pay for the same job twice. We take all of it out. Every time.
